Hallmarking

All items sold are stamped by Grant Logan with his personal mark, then despatched to the Edinburgh Assay Office for official hallmarking, guaranteeing you that the purity of the gold is as stated.

Diamonds

All diamonds used are VS2 - SI1 brilliant cut diamonds which are beautifully clear stones and have no visible inclusions to the unaided eye. Under x10 magnification minor inclusions could be visible.

All our diamonds are sourced from a reputable supplier, who guarantees that these diamonds are purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict, in compliance with UN resolutions.

Delivery

Full details are provided when placing your order as to the estimated delivery time of your chosen pieces. Please remember that the very nature of this business means that great care goes into the making of each piece, therefore we cannot offer a quicker service than stated.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. No order is confirmed until our written acceptance is given.
All prices shown are in GB pounds sterling and include FREE delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK or the equivalent insured delivery worldwide. Packages will require to be signed for upon receipt.

Import Tax

Some countries charge additional import tax, this varies from country to country. These charges are levied on goods that enter your country and we have no control over them. Please ensure that you are aware of any additional import charges before ordering. If you are unsure you should contact your local customs office.

Returns

Under the conditions set out in the EEC directives on distance selling:
We will provide written confirmation via email of orders received, with confirmation of estimated despatch date.

We offer a 7 day customer 'cooling off' period and right to cancel*

We give a right to return goods if not satisfied (provided they are still in 'new' condition) within 7 days of receipt and with the original packaging. All returns must be sent by insured mail at your expense.

*These rights are not applicable to any personalized goods or any items made specifically to order. This includes all items where specific stone or size choices are made. These orders cannot be cancelled and returns will not be accepted.

Please ensure you have your correct ring/finger size before placing your order. We will resize rings that do not fit, but there will be a charge for this service.

Please note that if you are returning goods from overseas please ensure you mark the parcel as 'RETURNED GOODS' otherwise they will be subject to import duty.
